Cancellation
Policy
We know things come up sometimes, and appreciate if you let us know as soon as possible by phone or email.

With that said, we request 24 hours notice for all rescheduling requests and cancellations. Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours notice will be charged a late fee of 50% of the cost of the appointment.
Last minute cancellations are difficult to fill and result in empty slots that could have been filled by others in need. Thanks in advance for your consideration!
No Show
Policy
Please let us know if you are unable to attend your appointment. Appointments that are missed with no prior warning will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
Rescheduling &
Cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel your booked appointment up to of 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Package
Refunds
Prepaid Sessions: Prepaid sessions are eligible for a refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.

Session Packages: Refunds for unused sessions within a package are available within 30 days of purchase. Any used sessions will be deducted at the standard single-session rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Packages expire one year from the purchase date and are non-transferable.
Limitation of
Services
Wildcoast Health Co. is a private provider of health services. Treatment is provided via prearranged, scheduled appointments.​

Wildcoast Health Co. practitioners will only provide services that are within their professional capabilities, competence and role as a private provider of these services. If treatment needs are identified that are outside of this scope your practitioner will endeavour to assist you in identifying alternative suitable providers.

Wildcoast Health Co. is not an emergency service. We are not able to respond to urgent or emergency matters and our communication channels (phone, email) are not monitored outside of standard business hours.
Returning
Patient Policy
If you are a returning patient and 1 year has passed since your last appointment, another initial appointment is required.
​
As we have not seen you in a while, we need to reexamine your full set of signs and symptoms to assess your current condition. As a special thank you for returning as a patient, this consultation is eligible for a 10% discount of the initial consultation rate.
​
For patients who have already been to our clinic and would like to try another modality, an initial consultation for that modality must take place prior to booking any follow-up appointments. This way, we can gain a full understanding of your condition and provide the highest quality care possible.
Services Refund
Policy
While we make every effort to make our patients as happy as possible, all service sales are final.
We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services outside of the previously stated policies.
