Wildcoast Health Co. Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Wildcoast Health Co. (Leah Lind-White, DBA Wildcoast Health Co.) for your acupuncture and wellness needs. We are committed to ensuring a positive experience and are transparent regarding our refund policies. Please review the following terms related to payments, cancellations, and refunds, developed in compliance with California law for medical and wellness services.
General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of acupuncture and wellness services, which are considered healthcare services in California, refunds for completed treatments are generally not offered unless there are extenuating circumstances. Our refund and cancellation policies aim to respect both the needs of our clients and the time allocated for individualized care by our practitioners.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation Notice Requirement: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee. This allows us to allocate our time and resources to other clients in need.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge equal to up to the full cost of the session.

No-Shows: Clients who miss an appointment without prior notification will be charged the full session fee.
Prepaid Services and Session Packages
Prepaid Sessions: Prepaid sessions are eligible for a refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.

Session Packages: Refunds for unused sessions within a package are available within 30 days of purchase. Any used sessions will be deducted at the standard single-session rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Packages expire one year from the purchase date and are non-transferable.
Gift Cards and Promotional Offers
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by California law. They are transferable and may be used toward any of our services.
Special Promotions: Services purchased under a discount or special promotion are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer the session to another person.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of emergency or other extenuating circumstances, please reach out to discuss possible accommodations. We value our clients and understand that unexpected situations may arise. All refunds or exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
